Recently I was the principal and sole designer at a conversational AI startup where I optimized enterprise processes related to knowledge and getting assistance. I also worked with complex products for a well-known cybersecurity company, contributing to a user-centric product strategy and vision for a new generation of security products.

I am passionate about considering how small projects can impact the bigger picture, while also paying attention to the minute details of UI design. I firmly believe in setting goals, measuring progress, and using data to inform design decisions.

In my experience, collaboration and buy-in are essential components of a successful product. When the whole product team is invested in the vision or direction of a product, that’s when the real magic happens.
